Cleaners for cleaning and protecting surfaces (machines, tools, equipment, PPE, etc.) contaminated by bituminous products or by-products, on site or in workshops.

BITUBIO’CLEAN
Protection of supports : Non-optimal use
Thin-film bitumen removal :
- Spray the pure product on the area to be cleaned
- Leave for 30 minutes
- Rinse with pressurised water
Severe incrustation bitumen removal :
- Spray the pure product on the area to be cleaned
- Leave for 5 minutes and then brush
- Respray the product
- Leave for 30 minutes
- Rinse with pressurised water
- Repeat as many times as necessary
BITUBIO’PROTECT
Protection of supports : Spray the pure product on the entire surface of the equipment to be protected (machine, tools, PPE, etc.)
Thin-film bitumen removal :
- Spray the pure product on the area to be cleaned
- Leave for 30 minutes
- Rinse with pressurised water
- Repeat as many times as necessary
Severe incrustation bitumen removal : Non-optimal use
- MATERIAL
- Application with a chemical-resistant sprayer
- Rinsing with water using a high-pressure washer, preferably with hot water
- PRECAUTIONS FOR USE
- Prior to any application, test on a masked area to check the compatibility
- Use suitable personal protective equipment defined in the Safety Data Sheet
- Do not use on a surface where the temperature exceeds 160 °C
- Preferably use a containment system to collect bituminous residues
- On site, spray superficially to avoid drips; product application on asphalt may cause marking, discoloration, or even its destruction and subsequent stripping.
