CONDITIONS FOR USE
- Application
98:2: Mix Veluroute Fast MC paint before use. Application with a machine dedicated
to applications of two-components with a 98:2 mixture, equipped with an internal
static mixer, by spray (airless) with external mixing with the hardener at low pressure.
Akperox L40 WE liquid hardener should be used as the 2nd component with a dosage of
2.0% by volume. Spray a uniform layer and immediately spread a layer composed of a
mixture of glass beads and non-slip materials. - Support
Clean and dry floor, new or old bituminous or concrete coatings. On concrete, it is
recommended to apply a coat of EP primer first. - Ground temperature limits & Maximum hydrometry
Minimum application temperature 5°C, maximum hydrometry of 80% - Thinning & Cleaning
If necessary add max. 1% of VG55. Do not use other thinners.
For cleaning, use Veluvine VG44 or VG40 thinners. - Storage
Protected from sunlight and frost, the paint has a shelf life of 6 months at temperatures
below 35°C in its original sealed container. The reference is the manufacturing date on
the packaging.
