CONDITIONS FOR USE
- Application
- The support must be dry and clean. Fresh concrete (<1 year) must be sanded and covered with a Veluflex primer (100-150 g/m2). For concrete more than a year old, old layers of bitumen and old hot coating applications, the use of Veluflex primer is recommended.
- After cleaning the asphalt, preheat the substrate to remove moisture from the asphalt.
- Place a veluflex plate/logo in the desired location on the support.
- Start heating the plate/logo by moving the flame continuously to increase the temperature evenly. Stop heating when the material begins to flow, bubble, or elongate.
- Support The substrate must be dry and clean and free from loose particles. For concrete a primer (Veluvine EP-primer) is required.
- Ground temperature limits 5°C<T<40°C
- Storage
Protected from sunlight and frost, the paint will keep for 12 months in its original packaging. The reference is the manufacturing date affixed to the packaging.
