CONDITIONS FOR USE
- Application
- Manual: mark out the surface, which has to be done, with self-adhesive tape. Mix the Rolcoating and the hardener. Apply with a spatula and level the surface using a roller. Remove adhesive strips after application.
- Machine: Rolcoating can be sprayed with a special airless or pneumatic application machine, equiped with 2 circuits and internal (static mixer) or external (double spray) mixing. Benox L40LV liquid is used as hardener. - Support: Clean and dry floor, new or old hydrocarbon coatings.
- Primer: On dusty and absorbing surfaces or fresh bituminous surfaces, we advise to apply EP primer first.
- Ground temperature limits: Minimum application temperature is 10°C.
- Maximum hydrometry: 80 %
- Cleaning: With VG44 or VG40.
- Thinning: If necessary add max. 1% de diluant VG55 Do not use other thinners.
- Storage: Protected from sunlight and frost, the paint will keep for 6 months in its original packaging. The reference is the manufacturing date affixed to the packaging.

- Colours : Oxide red (±RAL3011), Signal red (±RAL3001) and Traffic green (±RAL6024) are standard-colours. Other colours are available on request.

- Flashpoint: < 10°C
- Mixing ratio: 2 bags of 115 grams of Noviper BP-30 or 2 bags of 100 grams of Avox L40S for 16kg of Rolcoating Add 2% Benox L40LV by volume
- Potlife: 10 minutes by 20°C
- Curing time: Approx. 20 minutes by 30°C Approx. 30 minutes by 20°C Approx. 40 minutes by 10°C
- Composition: base of colored acrylic resins (PMMA) and sand
- Application: Manual or with a suitable machine
