CONDITIONS FOR USE
- Application
With suitable spraying equipment, sprayable at a temperature of approx. 180-200 °C. Recommended processing temperature 180 to 195°C. - Support
This should be dry and free of loose dirt. Fresh concrete (< 1 year) should be blasted and provided with Veluvine EPprimer. For concrete older than 1 year, aged bitumen-poor top layers and old thermo applications, Veluvine EP primer alone will suffice. - Primer
We advise to re-mark old profiled thermo markings with a thin layer of Unispray Ajax BENOR 0478/0017 in combination with Thermolit Primer AF. If re-marking is done with new dots over old dots or old low thermo, it is advised to do this only by using Thermolit Primer AF. It is also possible to choose to use the old ‘dots’ by using, for example, high-pressure water jets. - Storage
Protected from sunlight and frost, the coating has an unlimited shelf life in its original packaging. The reference is the manufacturing date affixed to the packaging.
