CONDITIONS FOR USE

  • Application
50:50: Veluroute Rossignol A and B is made up of 2 liquids that can be sprayed “A” and “B”; and a 3rd component, a Benox L 40LV liquid hardener. Component B must be mixed with 2% by volume (i.e. 1.25% by mass) of liquid hardener. This mixture is stable for at least 8 hours.
98:2: Mix Veluroute Rossignol 98:2 paint before use. Application by spray (airless) with a machine dedicated to applications of two-components with a 98:2 mixture, equipped with an internal static mixer. Benox L40LV liquid hardener should be used as the 2nd component with a dosage of 2.0% by volume. Spray a uniform layer and immediately spread a layer composed of a mixture of glass beads and non-slip materials.
100: Mix Veluroute Rossignol 98:2 paint before use. Spray an even layer using an airless or pneumatic painting machine. Immediately spread Veluvine Plusbeads (peroxidized glass beads) to trigger the chemical reaction and ensure the paint film hardens.
