CONDITIONS FOR USE
- Asphalt or surfaces should be free from sweating phenomenon
- Concretes over 28 days old free from laitance
- On concrete surfaces, it's advisable to first apply a layer of Indasprim primer (150 g/m²)
- Surface temperature limits: : 5°C<T<35°C
- Maximum humidity: 80 %
- Bituminous supports or concretes:
• Cold bonding: Bonding with Mediacolle (1 to 3 kg/m² depending on the substrate's porosity)
• Hot bonding: Bonding with a thermoplastic sole - Cold bonding:
• Apply Mediacolle adhesive to the clean, dry surface after delimiting the area with masking tape.
• Position the Axiline strip on the glued surface
• Service reinstatement time: 30 minutes - Hot bonding :
• Apply the thermoplastic sole, then heat it to fuse it with the substrate
• Place the Axiline strip onto the sole, continuing to heat and lightly compacting it
• Service reinstatement time: Immediate
